Impedance Matching Transformer Help

This calculator allows you to calculate the ratio of turns to create a transformer that can couple circuits with different levels of impedance. The following equation is used:

Turns Ratio = sqrt(Z₁/Z₂)

• Z₁ = Impedance of first circuit
• Z₂ = Impedance of second circuit
