Surface Area of a Cylinder Help

This calculator allows you to solve for the surface area of a cylinder. After the calculation the lateral surface area and the toal surface area will be displayed. The formulas used are:

Lateral Surface Area = circumference * height = 2 * pi * radius * height
Surface Area of the Ends = 2 * pi * radius2
Total Surface Area = Lateral Surface Area + Surface Area of the Ends
